LEVEL 2: Intermediate Dance Tricks

Challenge yourself and learn new skills in record time with our new Dance Tricks Course.

In this Level 2 training, you’ll work on building the strength necessary to hold your muscles tight for these weight transfers. Practicing these techniques will enable you to hold your balance longer, opening up a whole new world of trick possibilities. 

By the end of this course, you will have an understanding of what is needed to master these skills and with some practice, you will be able to execute them properly. This is the best place to start if you have foundational dance tricks under your belt, and if you are looking to expand and refine your skills with more advanced dance tricks.

LEVEL 3: Intermediate/Advanced Dance Tricks

Take your dance tricks repertoire to new heights with more complexity!

In this Level 3 training, our detailed lessons will guide you in achieving full-body connections and proper mechanics for successful dance tricks. This course is a whole new take on the strength and weight transfers learned in previous levels.  Your upper body and core strength will be solidified and enhanced with the added directional and level changes.  

By the end of this course, you will have an understanding of what is needed to master these skills and with some practice, you will be able to execute them properly. 

  • 360 Degree Hand Spin
  • Toe Rise to Backend
  • Penche into Backbend Swing Through
  • Forward Worm into Straddle
  • One Handed Swing Through Cartwheel
  • Split Firebird Roll
  • Elbow Stand Around the World
  • Windmill into Chest Roll Down

All Level 1 and 2 requirement, plus:

This is the best place to start if you have intermediate/advanced dance tricks under your belt, and if you are looking to expand and refine your skills with more advanced dance tricks.
